Freshman Summer Info

Over the last year eight years, the freshmen football teams have a record of 114-9-2.  A great start however, we now need to take that next step in our journey of “Climbing the Mountain” and that step is a buy in to our program of “I’M IN”.  “I’M IN” means that we are looking for student-athletes that are willing to commit themselves to becoming the best possible person, student, athlete, and teammate they can be.

Summer Camp Begins- Monday, June 25th from (8:30 AM to 10:30AM) Summer Camp Ends- July 20^th

(Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday)

Tuition is $120 for the 4 1/2 week camp includes an Under Armour compression shirt and shorts

(Payments will be collected the first day of Camp or can be paid early through the high school business office)

In order to participate in football camp the following things need to be completed:

1. Complete Clearance Packet – You may obtain the packet in the following ways: You may pick up the packet at the Athletic Office at High School, you may pick up the packet on the first day of summer practice, you may download the packet off our football website (under forms), or you may download it off of our school web site at www.vmhs.net (under athletics and forms) or from this website (on home page scroll down to links and click on forms).
2. Medical Physical (using our form from clearance packet: your doctor )
3. Payment for camp
4. If you have used cleats bring them, however do not buy new cleats until after you come the first day.

Season: Fall (August 6th or 7th is first day of practice)

Evaluation Criteria: Attendance, Give 100%, Hustle, and Show Great Character
